Tyler, The Creator has been an eclectic force in the Hip Hop world. However, despite his multi-genre experimentation, even he has his limits.
What Did Tyler, The Creator Say?
Instagram page Medicineboxx posited a theory of Tyler going in a new direction, after changing his Instagram bio.
“Tyler changed his instagram bio to “satchmo, sag harbor” and of course tyler fans are already reading into it,” Medicineboxx posted. “Satchmo is the nickname of louis armstrong… one of the most foundational figures in jazz history. And sag harbor is a village in the hamptons that’s been a historic sanctuary for black families since the late 1940s. It’s a place where black doctors, lawyers, and creatives built something private and theirs during an era when most of the country wasn’t available to them.
Medicineboxx then said people are thinking a “jazz 40s-50s vibe” for Tyler may come next. However, Tyler himself hopped in the comments and put any speculation to bed.
“Not at all lol and do not get stuck on this idea please,” Tyler commented.
Fans had fun with Tyler’s reply, teasing him about the new direction.
“Pick up the trumpet big dawg,” one user commented.
“You said you weren’t dropping and you dropped don’t tap the glass we can’t believe you no more,” another user commented. (just joking i love you).”
“JAZZ ALBUM MAYBE WITH ALCHEMIST WOULD BE PERFECT FOR THE 10th ALBUM,” another user commented.
What Else Did Fans Predict?
The post empowered fans to look into their crystal ball and predict Tyler’s next album.
“I have a feeling we’re going to get a HIStory-esque album from Tyler,” one user commented. (ie. commentary on his public image).”
“did lil yachty not say big t was dropping a hebrew jazz funk album in 2026 awhile back,” another user commented.
“Can he please release his Bossa Nova album?!,” another user posted.
Whatever album Tyler, The Creator is working on, more may get revealed in November when Camp Flog Gnaw returns.
