The “Munch rapper” took to Instagram to reveal a new addition to her ever evolving look.
On her Instagram Story, Ice Spice sticks out her tongue, revealing a gigantic rock piercing sitting in the middle of her tongue. Naturally, the internet had some thoughts.
“No wonder why Tobey Maguire ended their relationship so fast,” one user posted.

The overall consensus seems simple, with most fans either making fellatio jokes or genuinely concerned for her health. Regardless, one sentiment shined through: no one understands why she did this.
However, it’s unclear if the piercing is just a stunt, a temporary thing, or really a part of her new look. If so, you have to wonder how she’ll rap coherently with that big of a diamond in her mouth.

The 26-year-old rapper got caught allegedly getting cozy with Tobey Maguire at Michael’s Rubin’s All-White party.
While her reps deny any canoodling took place, many fans feel like Spice was playing Mary Jane with the former Spiderman star.
Before then, she generated controversy with her revealing outfit at the SpongeBob movie premiere. Then, she got into an altercation at a McDonald’s, which led to a deal marketing for Wendy’s. Considering her hair color, it makes quite a bit of sense.
She hasn’t dropped an album since 2024’s Y2K. It’s unclear when she’ll return to the booth, and how the piercing may affect that.
