Destiny’s Child is one of the greatest music groups of all time. The iconic trio of Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams helped launch the careers of all three women along with several number one hits.

Now, with Bey’s husband JAY-Z officially hosting this season’s Super Bowl halftime show, it opens the possibility for several guests.
Beyonce, Memphis Bleek, Frank Ocean, Eminem, even, maybe, Kanye? All guests are on the table. Of course, with Beyonce heavily rumored to be involved, and the pressure for JAY to deliver a memorable and historic show, it has fans wondering: could Destiny’s Child reunite.
People magazine seems to think there’s a chance. During an interview with key member Kelly Rowland, the reporter asked if there was a possibility the icons could get back together for a one off Super Bowl performance.
“That’s none of my business,” Rowland told PEOPLE. “That’s his performance. That’s none of my business.”
Destiny’s Child disbanded in 2006, but Rowland, Beyonce and Williams have remained close friends, reuniting several times. They already played the Super Bowl back in 2013 when Beyonce headlined the halftime show. They also linked up for the Stellar Gospel Music Awards in 2015 and Coachella in 2018. Their latest reunion came in Las Vegas as part of the final stop Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour in 2025.
Considering Rowland referred to JAY as her “big brother,” it wouldn’t be shocking to see the women reunite. If we’re watching the game and all of the sudden we hear “Say My Name,” we won’t be complaining.
