50 Cent has taken control of the narrative when it comes to his lawsuit against Rick Ross’ ex Tia Kemp. However, Kemp isn’t having it.

50 obtained a temporary injunction against Kemp, Rick Ross’ former partner, after accusing her of repeatedly targeting his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, online.
50 alleges that Kemp posted derogatory statements about his son and continued posting after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from his attorneys. The judge presiding over the case issued a temporary restraining order against Kemp until November 3rd, where the two were supposed to appear in court virtually.
However, Kemp didn’t show up, citing she hadn’t been served with an injunction, which stopped and, until she is, the court can’t move forward with a permanent injunction. But 50’s team is claiming she’s using this to duck the case.
Over Zoom, 50 reportedly sounded exhausted, saying he didn’t want to keep pursuing this, but felt he had no choice.

Now Kemp has responded and she isn’t too happy with how she’s being portrayed.
“Why are you playing with the system like that. Why the f*** are you sitting up there on Zoom wasting that judge’s time, like you’re a victim. Curtis, 15 muthaf****** cents, pennies at that, b**** if you don’t move the f*** around, and sit your b**** a** down. I don’t give a f*** about that. You must like me, want to f*** me, eat my a**. But I wouldn’t let you do that cuz you got Diddy’s d*** on your breath.”
