Kodak Black has been indicted by a Florence County grand jury on charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct last November in Florence, according to Twelfth Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements.

The report says Kodak Black sexually assaulted a teenage girl at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Florence County. Florence County Sheriff’s Office incident report says the assault happened back in February while Kodak Black was in Florence for a show at the Treasure City nightclub.
The teenage girl first reported the alleged assault to her school nurse in Richland County. The school resource officer got involved and made the Florence County Sheriff’s Office aware of the allegations.
Clements says if Kodak is convicted, he faces up to 30 years in prison.
No trial date has been set of yet.
