Rap star Nicki Minaj acquired a new target amid her beef with Jay-Z and Roc Nation over the weekend. That being former Dallas Cowboys star wideout, Dez Bryant.
Nicki Minaj Doubles Down on Dez Bryant Criticism
Minaj and Bryant were engaged in a social media war. And things escalated to the point where she offered the former NFL star $10 million to fight her husband, Kenneth Petty. During a recent stream on Stationhead, Minaj doubled down on her offer.
“I’mma make this n***a beat you bad b*tch,” she said. “Listen, all of this has been for entertainment purposes only. These are all alleged.”
During their exchange on social media, Bryant referenced Petty’s 1995 conviction for sexual assault. Questioning how she was even allowed to be on the internet with her husband being a registered sex offender.
Minaj hit back at Bryant during her Stationhead stream. Accusing the former Cowboys star and others who have been critical of Petty of not wanting her son to have his father in their home.
“It’s starting to look like some of you men who didn’t have a father in the home want other people to not have a father in their home,” Minaj added. “It’s starting to look like some of you men, whose daddy and granddaddy are the same man, have been projecting their anger in relation to women being abused all over the internet. Because psychologically, he’s defending his father.”
Bryant has since apologized for his social media outburst. Not to Minaj. But to his supporters who follow him. For allowing her to take him out of character.
“I let the devil win that time,” he said. “I apologize to the kids who follow me because I care about setting the right example more than you know,” he said.
However, Minaj has shown no sign of taking her foot of the gas in her feud with the former Cowboys star.
