Bianca Censori, the wife of Ye, is opening up like never before in a new interview with Vanity Fair, addressing everything from her views on nudity to her husband’s controversies and her hopes for the future.
In the Q&A published Friday (Feb. 6), Censori spoke candidly about her long-standing artistic fixation with the human body, revealing that her comfort with nudity predates her relationship with Ye. “I had an obvious obsession with nudity,” she said, explaining that it has always been central to her creative expression. “I live my artwork.”
Censori also pushed back against speculation that Ye controls her provocative fashion choices. According to her, their looks are collaborative rather than coercive. “I wouldn’t be doing something I didn’t want to do,” she said, likening their dynamic to a designer styling their partner.
Addressing Ye’s past anti-Semitic remarks, Censori made it clear she does not share those views, calling the normalization of antisemitism “terrifying” and emphasizing that she wanted the opportunity to publicly distance herself from that ideology.
She also revealed that she hopes to have children someday, while acknowledging the uncertainty that comes with timing. “When is it ever the right time for kids?” she reflected.
Ye and Censori have been married for over three years, and in June, the couple expanded their partnership by launching a furniture business together—further blending their personal and creative lives.
