According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the updated charges include one count of battery/domestic violence and one count of battery.
Ross has maintained his innocence since the case began. He previously pleaded not guilty to the felony battery by strangulation charge and a misdemeanor battery charge.
The decision removes the felony allegation from the prosecution, but the case continues with the misdemeanor charges. Those charges remain allegations, and Ross has not been convicted in the matter.
