Earlier this year, on March 28, Fabolous turned himself in to authorities after being accused of assault by his longtime girlfriend, Emily Bustamante, also known as Emily B. According to TMZ, Fab has been indicted on four felony charges stemming from the incident in question, which was also caught on video.

As reported, a grand jury in New Jersey has indicted Fabolous on one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill and one count of possession of a weapon, with the latter being a sharp object.
Each individual charge is in the third-degree and can bring up to five years in prison. Should Fabolous be found guilty of all four charges, he could face a combined sentence of twenty years.
